Upcoming events at the Rodenberry Library for November
As you may know, the Roddenbery Memorial Library hosts many events each month for people of all ages and interests. Upcoming activities for the month of November vary from guitar lessons, to anime art classes, and even include a winter clothing swap and more. The options of things top do at the library are countless and also free of charge.
Among those activities appealing to Cairo High School students and teenagers, there will be CAM Club on Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. If you don't know, CAM Club is a club we usually have here at the high school after school on Fridays. However, at the library, CAM club is held on Tuesdays beginning at 3:30. For more information on the CAM Club at the library, you can read a short article about it here.
There will also be a student art exhibit on Tuesday, November 12, from 5 - 7 p.m. If you like art, you might get a chance to see some art from other students your age. If the art exhibit isn't your style, there are anime art classes you can check out which are held at the library on the second Saturdays of each month at 11 a.m. If you don't like the style of anime art, you can try a water color painting on Thursdays from 10 - 11 a.m. in the maker space at the library.
If you're interested in learning to play music, you might enjoy the beginners guitar lessons on every Tuesday at 5 p.m. in the auditorium. You might also be interested in the violin classes every Saturday, with beginners classes starting at 10 a.m. and advanced violin classes starting at 11 a.m.
