'El Cucuy' seeking redemption at UFC 262

Tony "El Cucuy" Ferguson embracing chaos in the octagon

With one of the longest winning streaks in UFC history and a highlight reel full of spectaculars, Tony "El Cucuy" Ferguson will always be a fan favorite.

Despite that, his status as a high level competitor has recently come into question after dropping two back-to-back against #2 ranked lightweight Justin Gaethje and #3 ranked lightweight Charles Oliveira, who will be fighting for the vacant lightweight championship this Saturday at UFC 262.

With Tony's weird angles and constant forward pressure designed to drag you into deep waters and drown you, he definitely is no pushover in the lightweight division, currently sitting at #5 in the rankings.

Tony is also currently looking to face a surging #9 ranked Beneil Dariush this Saturday at UFC 262.

According to the President of the UFC, Dana White, this could be Tony's ticket back into the elite pool of the stacked lightweight division. However, a loss could be devastating to both his status and his dream of winning UFC gold, as this could be his last shot at the UFC title.
