The Jonas Brothers officially reunite for new single 'Suckers'
On Feb. 28, 2019, Joe, Kevin, and Nick Jonas surprised their fans by announcing that they would will be reuniting as a band and that a song would be released that night. The Jonas Brothers are officially back, and their new single “Sucker” has been released.
It turns out that after six years of their band breaking up, Nick Jonas admitted he was the cause of it and that now he is bringing them back together.
For those who haven’t heard of the Jonas brothers, they are an American pop rock band. Formed in 2005, they gained popularity from their appearances on the Disney Channel television network.
They had their own show called “Jonas L.A.,” and they played in “Camp Rock” with singer/actress Demi Lovato.
Listening to their single “Sucker,” I can really say that it brought back memories of them being a band, as if they had never broken up. The song is about a person who is a sucker for the person they love, even if it takes them out of their comfort zone.
I was shocked and surprised to hear the new single and finally knowing the reason as to why their band separated in the first place. I encourage you to listen to the song and watch the music video. I feel as if this shows that good things can come back, as the band was reunited back together.
What was once broken can be fixed.
Here is the music video so you can listen and watch their new single:
