Panic at the Disco releases new song, 'High Hopes'
Panic at the Disco is an American rock band from Las Vegas who have released a new song called “High Hope.” The duration of the song is 3:17, and the genre of the song is Alternative. The song is part of their new album called “Pray of the Wicked.”
According to Popsongprofessor.com, “The lyrics of 'High Hopes' are a reflection on the journey from failure to accomplishing one’s dreams ... and now he is looking backward at the struggle his life used to be and how he made it to where he is now."
Also it says, “The phrase 'Mama said,' connect[s] his hope to the advice of a mentor figure. She sees him as prophesied to be (successful) in amazing ways, so she encourages him.”
According to Youtube.com, someone commented on the music video saying, “No matter how hard your dreams seem, keep going. You might even have to climb up the side of a building in downtown LA, but it'll all be worth it at the top.”
Watching the video, it shows how he is walking up a building, and everyone is shocked and confused at first until he just keeps going and they all begin to clap and cheer him on. Reaching the top, the whole band appears in a somewhat celebration.
