It is the time of the year when people graduate from high school. Because of this, people are going to be celebrating in different ways. One way is by barbecuing, but there are some healthy foods you can grill. Two of them are watermelon and portobello mushrooms.

People usually eat watermelon because of the sweetness, but did you know you can grill watermelon and it is still healthy? According to the Huffington Post, "grilling up watermelon slices can odd a smoky flavor that intensifies the sweetness of this summer staple. Watermelon is a great source of the antioxidant lycopene, which gives the fruit its signature color. It's also found in red tomatoes. Research has identified lycopene as a possible fighter against heart disease." This shows that watermelon is still healthy and tastes good after being grilled.

Portobello mushrooms is an edible mushroom native to grasslands in Europe and North America, according to dictionary.com. According to the Huffington Post," at just over 40 calories per serving, portobello mushrooms are a healthy barbecue pick.
