Mom accidentally sends son to school in x-rated shirt

On Wednesday, April 4, 2018, Shelly McCullar sent Anthony McCullar, her son, to Travis Elementary School in Texas like any other day, according to Fox News. Shelly did not notice anything wrong with Anthony’s “McDonald’s” t-shirt; however, when he got home, his mom observed this shirt and noticed something she did not that morning. What Shelly thought were the famous golden arches of the McDonald’s logo was actually a pair of parted women’s legs.

Shelly went on social media to share her apologies to the teachers and staff of her son’s school and the embarrassment she feels.

In a Facebook post made by Shelly, she wrote, “Just to clarify, I would never let my kid wear something like this. A friend had given me some hand-me-down clothes for Anthony. I haven't had the chance to completely go through them. I will tonight though.”

In a video posted on Facebook, Anthony stated he grabbed the t-shirt thinking it was a normal McDonald’s shirt and went to school, according to Fox News.

After this incident, Shelly plans to start taking precautions to make sure this does not happen again, multiple news sources reported.

“I promise from now on to monitor what my kids are wearing! I had no idea Anthony wore this to school,” Shelly wrote on her Facebook post.

In a Facebook video Shelly posted, she mentioned how she asked Anthony if any of his teachers had approached him about the shirt he was wearing. Anthony replied saying, “they thought it was like McDonald’s too.”

As of Monday, April 9, 2018, the post has been shared over 107,000 times, according to ABC 7.
