High-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) may be especially harmful, causing brain inflammation and impairing memory and learning." This shows that sugary drinks hurt parts of your brain.
Did you know when you consume white bread, pasta, and white rice you are consuming refined carbs. Refined carbs are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream, causing risky spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels. These include sugars and highly-processed grains like white flour." Instead of eating refined carbs, you can eat eggs, oils, and herbs and spices.
