Disney offers free dining for kids this summer

Families who budget their way to Disney understand the struggle of making sure there is enough money for dinners. Now, families who book a trip between May 28 and August 30 may receive free dining for the children, according to Disney Food Blog.

The Magic Your Way package that Disney offers includes a room at the Disney resort, a three-day theme park ticket, and the Disney dining plan for adults. Disney plans to include the free dining for children between ages 3-9 in this package. Of course, there are limitations such as getting to specifically choose your type of room. This offer is very limited: the package has to be booked by August 1, 2018, according to Fox News.

The dining for children applies to all three tiers of the Disney Dining Plan. Quick service is one of three tiers and is $21.75 per night per child and $52.49 per adult. Standard and Deluxe are the higher price ranged plans. Standard is $25.80 per child and $75.40 per adult. Deluxe is $39.90 per child and $116.24 per adult. If a customer was to choose the Deluxe dining plan during the free dining for kids, this would save him or her $119.70 per child over the span of those three days.

Traditionally, Disney offered free dining for all guests during the fall. No one is sure if the summer kids dining will be replacing the free fall dining for good or not.
