Georgia stomps Georgia Tech 38-7
On Nov. 25, 2017, the Georgia Bulldogs went head-to-head against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. The kickoff began at noon.
In the first quarter of the game, Nick Chubb, senior running back for Georgia, scored the first touchdown of the game. It was also the only touchdown that quarter of the game. In the second quarter, Jake Fromm, freshman quarter back for Georgia, threw a touchdown pass to Javon Wims, senior wide receiver.
Georgia Tech scored their only touchdown of the game during the second quarter. The quarterback for the Yellow Jackets, Tim Byerly, threw to Ricky Jeune, a senior wide receiver, for a 15-yard touchdown. It was Juene's sixth reception for a touchdown this season.
In the second half of the game, Sony Michel rushed for his 13th touchdown this season. Fromm's fourth quarter, 78-yard touchdown pass was the longest pass he's completed all season. It was also the last play of the game and gave the Bulldogs another win this season.
The Bulldogs will go head-to-head against Auburn in the Southeastern Conference Championship game on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017.
