Suns and Bucks near trade deal
The Phonenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks are about to finalize a deal that will send guard Eric Bledsoe to the Bucks.
Bledsoe has only played three games this season after the team sent him home for a tweet he posted in October. In the tweet, he said, "I don't wanna be here," according to BleacherReport.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe, reporters for ESPN, this deal will also send power foward and center Greg Monroe to the Suns for Bledsoe.
Bledsoe is averaging 15.7 points, 3.0 assists, and 2.3 rebounds per game this season, according to BleacherReport. Over the past two seasons, Bledsoe has averaged a career high 21.1 points and 6.3 assists per game.
The Phonenix Suns are off to a 4-7 start this season, while the Milwaukee Bucks have a 4-5 record.
Bledsoe would give the Bucks a "dynamic backcourt," according to Bleacher Report; Monore would also give the Suns an "intriguing trade piece" heading toward the trade deadline if the team decided to deal him.
