Video Game Preview: 'Assassin's Creed Origins'

"Assassin’s Creed: Origins" is an action/adventure game that was released on Oct. 27, 2017. It is an open-world game that allows the players to experience and freely roam around ancient Egypt. Players take on the role of the assassin and have to stop the rebels who have taken over the city.

The main character that players get to control is Bayek, who has to travel across Egypt to find these rebels. The rebels, also known as legionaries, are killing any citizens who resist their rebellion. You have to track the rebels down and stop them from destroying the city.

In the game, Bayek has a pet eagle named Senu; using Bayek's "Eagle Vision," players can spot enemies from above from a safe distance. This is a new feature in the "Assassin's Creed" game series, along with many other new features the game's designers brought to the game, such as being able to swim under water. Other improvements include great graphics and more intense combat scenes.

According to the game's official Wikipedia page, it is the 10th installment in the Assassin’s Creed series. The developers of this game are Ubisoft Montreal, who developed the entire "Assassin’s Creed" series. They have also developed the entire series of the popular video game "Rainbow Six Siege."
