Disney stores coming to you

If you are not able to make it to Disney World, Disney will come to you. Disney announced Tuesday that it will be building stores all across America. The company introduced a prototype for the retail store, as well as the newly-designed "shopDisney" e-commercial site, which was originally called DisneyStore.com, according to CNN.

The online store will sell more products, including classic Disney characters, which aren’t seen around as much. Some of the new stores have opened already in Century City and Northridge, which are both located in California, as well as Nagoya, Japan and Shanghai. The new stores will show a live broadcast of famous parades that take place at the actual parks and digital firework shows every day before they close.

The stores won’t just contain kids' stuff; they will also partner with companies like Coach, cookware company Le Creuset, apparel companies, and others to sell products to older customers, such as parents.

"Disney stores around the world will also be incorporating more product for guests of all ages, beyond their traditionally child-centric assortment," the company said in its release.
