Movie Preview: 'King Arthur: Legend of The Sword'

“King Arthur: Legend of the Sword” is a fantasy film that was released last Friday, May 12, 2017.

In this version of the legend, Arthur is robbed of his birthrights and has to live in the “dark alleys” of the city. When he later pulls a sword from a rock, he becomes “king of the sword.” The king hears the news, becomes angry, and sends his best troops to find Arthur, which causes Arthur to have to fight for his life.

The main actor in the film is Charlie Hunnam, who plays Arthur. He also appeared in the science fiction film “Pacific Rim” but is mainly known for starring in the FX television drama series "Sons of Anarchy."

The director is Guy Ritchie, a popular director known for crime films, including his most well-known film, 1998's “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.” He also directed the more recent popular “Sherlock Holmes” films.

The movie is rated PG-13. So far, the movie has received mixed reviews overall, according to Metacritic, but viewers have given it stronger reviews.
