Xbox Elite Wireless Controller review

The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller has been out for a year now, and people are loving the controller. Most people use it for Xbox games, but it’s also for PC gamers who like playing with a controller instead of a keyboard.

The cost of the controller right now is $149.99 at Walmart, which is a little pricey for most people, but it is arguably worth the price because of the performance it gives you. Anything you feel you're lacking as a gamer can be adjusted using the controller, and people who have the controller love it and say it helps them play better than before.

For example, the buttons of the controller can be changed to the user’s needs. The controller comes with six different types of thumb sticks and a set of 2 D-pads. However, the paddles are really what make the Elite Wireless Controller better than the regular controller. Located on the back of the controller, these paddles can be set to and replace the function of different buttons, including those on the front of the controller. This allows you to react quicker in games.

The controller also comes with a carrying case, USB cable, AA batteries, and a quick setup guide and product manual. You can buy the controller in different customized colors of your choosing, but this is an additional charge. You can also add a logo or other digital designs, such as a logo from your favorite game, but these are also additional charges. With all of the possible customization, some gamers have spent as much as $500 on an Elite controller!
