The new holographic trend
The new and exciting holographic trend isn’t just for hair; it has gone from nails to clothes, accessories, and much more.
The way the fabric is designed and the reflective property of the clothing gives it that popular holographic look.
The holographic trend evolved from the metallic trend, along with the iridescent trend, giving us some of the amazing fashion products we have today.
"Designers took metallics a step further for Spring 2014 and presented pieces that were iridescent and holographic," according to stylehaus.com.
The new holographic trend has brought on a new makeup line for multiple makeup producers, such as NYX Professional Makeup, MILK MAKEUP, and MAC. The holographic makeup products being produced include highlighters, lip glosses, eye-shadow, eye-liner, and much more.
Since holographic clothes and accessories have made their debut, more and more stores have been selling those products. Some of these stores include Forever 21, Etsy, Polyvore, Coquetry Clothing, and Ali Express. The holographic trend comes in dresses, shirts, skirts, pants, jackets, hats, sunglasses, bags, and more.
This trend is so popular it has stars such as Rihanna, Kylie Jenner, Miley Cyrus, and Katy Perry rocking the holographic look.
