Chicken Poppers: My Experience

Yesterday, I was just getting out of drama practice, and my mom called me asking what I wanted for dinner. I told her I didn't know. Then I remembered I saw this recipe on "Tasty" for Chicken Poppers. I showed my mom, and she agreed to me making it. This recipe is really easy and simple. If you want to make it, you will need:

2 chicken breasts

Salt- 2 tsp

Pepper- 1 tsp

Garlic powder-1 tsp

Chilli powder- 1 tsp

First, cut the chicken breasts up into bites, season them in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chilli powder.

Second, cover the bites in flour, eggs, and more flour.

Third, drop the bites into your oil and let them cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bites float.

Finally, drain the bites on a paper towel.

You can also make different flavors such as BBQ, Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, and Honey Chipotle. I made plain chicken poppers, and I made my own Chick-fil-A Sauce. (I will give this recipe later on in the future).
