Have you ever thought about having different food like Jamaican food, Mexican food, seafood or Chinese food for Thanksgiving or a mixture of those foods?
One year at my cousin’s house, we had a mixture of Jamaican and seafood for Christmas. It was very different, but I’ve never had a mixture of different foods for Thanksgiving. I think it would be really cool if my family could try that one year, but some people might have a problem with it. I
nstead of having different types of food for Thanksgiving, you could have weird mixtures of Thanksgiving food like, let’s say, turkey stuffed with cupcakes. You can go to cakeproject.com to find out how to make it.
Another different dish you can make for Thanksgiving is Thanksgiving turkey cake. You can go to chowhound.com to find out how to make it. It’s basically ground turkey filling, mashed potato “icing” with stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and more. It looks like dressing is involved in this as well. Before you start, you’ll need to make the mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, sausage stuffing, gravy, and the sweet potatoes. This seems very different, and interesting to make!
This year, consider changing things up by trying different types of food for Thanksgiving or a different mixture of Thanksgiving food.
