Tacos are a favorite of many people, old and young. They can be filled with many different ingredients. I personally love tacos. I could eat them every day. At my house, we have a 'Taco Tuesday' where each member of my family makes their own version of tacos. It’s a kind of a family tradition.
Ground Beef- Let’s start with something traditional. Ground beef is an all-time favorite taco meat. You can add as many or as little toppings as you would like, and customize your taco.
Spicy Beef- Now this is the same as ground beef, but it has a little kick to it. You just add hot sauce and jalapenos to the broth and voila! Spicy Beef Tacos.
Chicken- This next taco is my personal favorite. Chicken tacos are perfect for those who aren’t big beef fans. It’s the same process as the ground beef, just with chicken. I personally like to add jalapenos, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and shredded cheese to any of my tacos.
Chicken and Vegetable- You can use any part of the chicken for this. I prefer the part of the chicken with the most meat. Just sauté your vegetables and add your spices and top it with Greek yogurt or light sour cream for a healthy and hearty meal.
