There are multiple diet plans to choose from like Paleo, Weight watchers, intermediate fasting, water diet, or the Daniel diet. The water diet is a common diet, But known as an unhealthy way to lose weight. When doing the water diet you need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day. The water diet you risk your body losing vital nutrients your body needs. As soon as reverting back to normal eating habits, you gain the weight that you loss during the diet. Some say the water diet is another name for fasting. Fasting is a bad way to lose weight, Fasting is a willing abstinence or reduction from food, drink or both from a period of time. The Daniel diet is a partial fast that is based on a vegan diet. This diet comes from bible Scriptures of Daniel but, Daniel ate more than just vegetables and water. His diet was a healthy one based on all foods and water he ate. Vegetables are the base to this diet. Water, Vegetable juice, and Almond Milk would be an option for the Daniel diet as well.
