The Life of a Vegetarian
Vegetarian’s have a different lifestyle than others, they don’t eat certain things that other people do. Such as meats, fish, poultry and many people can become a vegetarian instantly over night. When some people choose to be a vegetarian they take it slowly, so they know what’s best for them and their food sources. Also, it’s not hard for them to meet their nutrition needs cause in vegetables there is still nutrition just another lifestyle.
Vegetarians easily meet their protein needs by eating a varied diet, as long as they meet their calories and intake to maintain their weight.

It’s not necessary to plan combinations of food to meet protein needs.

Vegetarians scored lower on depression tests and had better mood profiles than their fish and meat eating peers. It was previously believed that plant source omega-3s, found in nuts, flax, and oils, are less effective in boosting brain and physical health than EPA and DHA. since it’s harder for our bodies to convert these plant sources into usable amino acids. Vegetarians are slimmer than meat eaters , vegetarian meals actually burn calories also they have better and healthier looking skin.
Vegetarians believe in taking a caring and compassionate stance against the inhumane treatment of animals. They also get more protein in wholesome natural foods. Several studies show that a plant-based diet increases the body’s metabolism, causing the body to burn calories up to 16% faster than the body would on a meat-based diet for at least the first 3 hours after meals.
Vegetarians seem to live a good lifestyle and also very healthy. Even though there is not anything wrong with meat eaters cause they also get lots of protein too. I prefer meat but I could agree with a vegetarian life to but most of all I try to eat a little bit of both. Both lifestyles can make you happy long as you agree with the foods.
