The current division leader for the American League East is the Baltimore Orioles, with 63 wins and 47 loses. Their record is 39-17 at home and 24-30 on the road. For the American League Central, the current division leader is the Cleveland Indians with 62 wins and 47 losses In the American League West, the Texas Rangers are leading the way with 65 wins and 47 losses.

In the National League, the Washington Nationals are leading the Eastern division with 65 wins and 45 losses. The Chicago Cubs are leading the Central Division with 70 wins and 41 losses. For the Western Division it's a tie between the San Francisco Giants and the Los Angeles Dodgers with 64 wins and 49 losses apiece.

The top two Wild card teams for the American League are the Detroit Tigers and Seattle Mariners . Detroit has 61 wins and 52 losses. Seattle has 59 wins and 53 losses. For the National League, the current Wildcard leaders are the St.Louis Cardinals and Pittsburgh Pirates . St.Louis has 59 wins and 54 losses. Pittsburgh has 56 wins and 54 losses.
