Holding your breath can help also, because most germs enter your body through your nose & mouth. So if you’re around somebody that’s sick of sneezes, avoid taking bog inhalations. Hold your breath for at least 10 to 15 seconds. A recent study released from MIT revealed that coughs and sneezes and their potentially infectious droplets travel much farther distances than previously thought.
Getting some fresh air even when it’s freezing outside is a good thing to do as well. It helps because germs die once they hit the air. “One reason why when you visit the hospital it’s so cold it’s caused to kill germs. Another reason why we get so sick when it’s cold is because we’re sharing more inside air.
